This is just a test....of the blogposty kind

Fred Flamingo made a quick stop on his way home from work...he had just a couple more things to get and then his Valentine's Day shopping would be finished.

The test....
There seems to be a bit of a time lag from when I actually post something....to when it registers on the Google Reader.

Last night's post, the time that I actually posted it was at 9:40 PM on Thursday night. BUT....according to my Google Reader.....it says "8:18 AM (5 hours ago)". By the way, it is now 2:08 in the afternoon of Friday.

So...unless I'm being sucked into a time vortex of some sort, something whack is going on at Google.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is it just me?

Is anyone out there?

Hello? Hellllllooooooooooo?

Well....let's just see how long it takes for this one to register!

Have a good one. Happy Friday!!

Ok its 1025pm (Thursday) and my reader indicts that you posted at 9:41pm (pacific time). I'll let you do the calculations but I too have been having the same problem. Reader shows nothing new but if I visit the blogs directly there are new posts. Maybe we are just impatient????

aren't there some preferences somewhere... um, in gmail maybe, where you set the time zone you prefer to post in? hope i'm not sending you on a wild goose chase.

I've noticed some lag with Google Reader pipcking up posts but I think it's a good thing...

if you (meaning me) post something by mistake, you (meaning me) can hurry back and save it as a draft instead before it shows up on GR, relieving you (meaning me) of much embarassment.

yep, that's just too technical a question for me to ponder at this particular time ... but, at the tone the time will be 4:04 pm (Eastern time).

cheers to a wonderful weekend!

Went to a talk about angels last night and was informed that time is just an illusion. So today could be tomorrow... and tomorrow could be yesterday... Your Google reader is obviously very spiritual. :-)
