Tired Tuesday.....

Mondays and Tuesdays are the days that kick my butt exhaust me the most....but, it's a good kind of exhaustion! Each of these days, I have 3 classes...and each of those classes are such high energy that I find myself really drained on Tuesday nights! I've had my bath (it was lovely!!)...a couple of beers...and now for a quick blog...and then, I am going to bed.
How are YOU feeling this morning/afternoon/evening?
This is me......or, not me really, but how I'm feeling!!
(I love this...I have it on our fridge with a "frame" to put on the "feeling" so everyone will know the climate of the kitchen!!)

I could use some of these again.....

But...tomorrow I get to go and do this....so I will feel "re-energized" and ready for the rest of the week!!!

What do YOU do when you need to get some energy?!?!

I had a great walk through the canyon with a friend this morning--that helps. And I must say, checking out what's happening in my alternate universe, especially if I have great comments, is a boost.

I try to get to the gym 2 - 3 times a week. It's been hard when I've been sick, but I force myself even then, the adrenaline seems a bit of a natural decongestant!
I've tagged you for a meme, an easy one hopefully, when you get a moment!

I like to just take some down time, with a cup of tea and a book that makes me laugh.

I was completely amazed at all the logical answers...me I just dive into something new. Can't stand idol, self time, more of a poeple person who is on the go all the time. I suppose it takes all kinds and all their differnet ways of relaxing to make the world tick.

I love going to the gym, but can't here in Norway...when I'm in a real funk, I try to go outside for a bit. I usually have to force myself to go, but once I'm there, I almost always feel better.

Hope you have a good day today/tomorrow or whatever time it is in Japan right now :)
